What This POC Does Not Implement
❌ Real-time market data feeds — The POC accepts manual trade input. Real surveillance requires live streaming data from exchanges.
❌ NCA submission integration — No API connection to competent authority systems. STOR must be submitted through official channels.
❌ Cryptographic signing — STOR reports should be digitally signed. This POC generates unsigned JSON only.
❌ Audit logging — No persistent record of who generated the STOR, when, or modifications. Real systems require tamper-proof logs.
❌ Multi-jurisdiction support — Simplified to NL. Real CASPs must determine home NCA and follow local procedures.
